Built for a 50-staff café in 2023 on Google Sheets and Apps Script. Cut monthly payroll admin from ~40h to ~2h at ~97% accuracy.

Challenge
Attendance and payroll for a 50-staff café were run by hand in spreadsheets: about 40 hours of admin every month, after an outside quote of USD 15,000 for a system.
Solution
A Google Sheets + Apps Script attendance and payroll system, built in-house by the café's operations manager (Jewel). The public repo is linked below. It later became PunchClock, a newer HR and payroll prototype for Malaysian SMEs that is still in progress and not yet deployed.
